Year One in Review

November 16, 2016

This weekend is the one-year anniversary of Klyse Advisory Group. It’s been an incredible whirlwind of amazing clients, interesting projects, and intermittent panic. :) Overall, I am thrilled to be doing work that I enjoy with people I admire.

To my clients, my friends, and my incredibly generous extended network in the software and professional services industries – I thank you. On your behalf, and in celebration of my anniversary, Klyse Advisory will emulate Marc Benioff’s 1/1/1 plan and donate 1% of my revenue to the Lakeview Pantry. This organization was named Best Nonprofit in my ward in Chicago; it distributes over 1.5 million pounds of food through home delivery services and in two local food distribution centers (similar to a market.)

Year One in Review

As I became accustomed to calling myself a solopreneur, I had a fantastic year. I was able to volunteer in the industry and with non-profits. I immersed myself in new #busdevtech, including content automation and experience management. And -- thankfully!! -- I was never limited to instant ramen noodles.

What's next?

I anticipate that year two will be as exciting as the first. I’ll continue to provide firms with strategic technology evaluations, program management services for their BD initiatives, and readiness assessments. I want my clients to benefit from technology that supports their long-term growth and sales goals.

Thank you all – again – for your support, encouragement, and advice. I look forward to continuing to work with you. Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous, peaceful, and productive new year.
